William Alan Kowalenko, Managing Attorney

     Mr. Kowalenko is a dedicated Litigator, Negotiator and Mediator who has amassed a professional portfolio that includes over 25 years of experience, knowledge, unwavering integrity, and fierce advocacy skills. 

     Mr. Kowalenko has resolved a multitude of cases including personal injury, divorce, separation, custody, visitation, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure defense, and criminal matters. He holds a Juris Doctor Degree and is a licensed attorney in both New York and New Jersey. Additionally, he is admitted to the Federal Courts of New York, in the Eastern and Southern Districts, as well as the Federal District Court of New Jersey.
